What Clients Are Saying

Every woman’s journey is unique, but each step toward healing and freedom is worth celebrating. I’m humbled by the stories my clients share and honored to witness their transformation. Below are some of their reflections.

What Clients Are Saying
"My sessions with Ashley have been beyond an answered prayer. She creates a space that is safe, comfortable, and so full of growth and the presence of The Lord. I have been to counseling and therapy from countless of other places, but have never experienced anything like what Ashley offers. From truly allowing The Lord to lead, to ending each session with a prayer; this has been something that has completely changed my life and fostered so much growth, and depth in my relationship with Christ. I would (and do) recommend her to anyone looking to have a safe space to grow in even if you aren’t a Christian! And if you’re looking to have The Lord as the center, I especially recommend her!" ~Emma
"I met Ashley in April 2025. From the first session she showed empathy, patience and understanding. For over 7 months she was a steady support during of difficult chapter in my life. She listened without judgement, spoke with compassion and gave me hope. Her dedication helped transform fear into courage, confusion into clarity and pain into a path forward. She walked beside me when I felt the most alone. With spirituallity and professionalism. And for that I will always be thankful. Because of her steady support a new approach was possible and I saved my marriage. I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone seeking clarity, true support, and trustworthy counselor." ~Carmen

Coaching is NOT counseling.

Counseling involves the diagnosis and treatment of mental illness and substance use disorders. Coaching does not diagnose or clinically treat mental illness. While therapy is often focused on the past, coaching is future-focused. Coaching does acknowledge the individual's past, however, it focuses mainly on the client’s potential. Coaching partners with individuals to establish goals, implement strategies to accomplish them and empowers individuals to reach their full potential.
